Travelling to Naples
By Flight
Napoli Capodichino Airport (NAP) is 10 km from the city center. For international flights. this is the best option. While there should be enough flights, you could also consider flying to Rome Fiumucino Airport (FCO) and reach Naples by train (50 minutes)

You can easily reach Napoli Centrale Station with the Italian high-speed train (Frecciarossa or Italo)

In the city
You don’t need to rent a car for the event. The celebrations and parties will be in the city center.
You can reach Villa Doria D’Angri (Friday, May 23rd) by taxi. Dependig on your accomodation you can come to the Celebration, Reception and Party (Saturday, May 24th Complesso di Santa Chiara and Museo Filangieri) by walking, metro or taxi.

To Visit
Enjoy a stroll along Lungomare Caracciolo and soak in the vibrant energy of the Neapolitan Gulf.
The postcard-perfect Castle dell’Ovo is perhaps one of the most photographed landmarks in Naples.
Wander through the historic center of Naples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest and most densely populated old towns in Europe. Walk the lively Spaccanapoli, which cuts through the heart of the old town, and explore Via San Gregorio Armeno.
While in the historic center, don't miss the Chapel of Sansevero to admire the Cristo Velato, a stunning marble statue by Italian artist Giuseppe Sanmartino, considered one of the great masterpieces of the 18th century.
The Royal Palace (Palazzo Reale) and the adjacent Piazza del Plebiscito are two of Naples' most iconic landmarks.
Beneath the modern streets lies another layer of history: Naples Underground, a network of ancient tunnels, chambers, and passageways that stretch under the historic center.
A visit to Naples wouldn't be complete without a day trip to Pompeii, the ancient Roman city buried by the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
